1. Return and Exchange Conditions

2. Return and Exchange Process
Apply for return and exchange:
Log in to your account, enter the order details page, click the “Apply for return and exchange” button, fill in the reason for return and exchange and submit the application.
We will review and reply to you within 2 working days after receiving the application, and provide detailed return and exchange address and logistics requirements.
Send back the goods:
Please send the goods back according to the address and logistics requirements we provide. To ensure the safe delivery of the goods, it is recommended to use a traceable logistics method and keep the logistics documents as proof.
Refund or exchange:
We will refund or exchange within 2 working days after receiving the returned goods. The refund will be returned to your payment account by the original route, and the exchange will be re-shipped according to your requirements.

3. Notes
Return and exchange fees:
For returns and exchanges caused by product quality problems, we will bear the return and exchange fees.
For returns and exchanges not caused by quality problems, the return and exchange fees shall be borne by you.
Product packaging:
Please ensure that the original packaging of the goods is intact when they are returned, including outer packaging, inner packaging, labels, accessories, etc.
Return and exchange period:
Please apply for return and exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods. Late applications may not be accepted.
